What we offer

We are a relatively small charitable organisation, not a well-resourced grant making trust. Our Christian trustees and staff have a wealth of experience in housing matters. We have access to some funds to help buy properties and we use these to lever in further resources. To date we have focused on five ways to help key Christian workers: 

• Providing support, information and advice.
• Purchasing properties and renting them to Christian workers. 
• Sourcing loans to enable Christian workers to part-buy and part-rent. 
• Sourcing equity loans (where a stake is acquired in the property value).
• Providing an ongoing subsidy on housing costs.
